Physically Challenged Access
For guests parking in the Penn Lot at the end of 31st Street or on 31st Street, there is a 3-flight stairwell to access the Walnut Street entrance of World Café Live. A WCL representative will be available all day at this stairwell to guide guests to the 31st Street entrance should these stairs be a challenge for any guest. PACT will provide greeters at both entrances. Once inside, the building is completely accessible.”
